RAPID FARM ASSESSMENT - GOOJACADE

After eight months of the war in the SSC region, farmers are increasingly affected by the conflict, with many forced to abandon agricultural activities due to the massive destruction of the war on their farming equipment, according to a recent survey released by the HAOSDE.ORG.

 

• Farmers in this region had stopped agricultural production due to the war.

• To revitalize and sustain the small-scale agriculture sector, they will need our help to strengthen and secure the contribution of their livelihood.

• Support for these farmers is a means to mitigate the negative impacts of the war on their food security and livelihoods.
